Trademarks don't necessarily refer to full-titles, it could refer to anything. DLC perhaps...
I agree. Had the game been confirmed as Heavy Rain 2 I would understand, but truth be told, people need to be prepared for if the company decide to target their next title at a larger audience similar to Bungie's next title.
Edit: I read the article, but it would seem people don't understand that trademarks can refer to more than fullgames.

You shouldn't judge all Xbox gamers by the standards of certain individuals, if ...
Regardless of what the title is, it should be a Wonder to play. They aren't worried about thinking out of the box regarding gameplay. Heavy Rain was a marvellous Video Game and after their recent Bafta success, the future looks bright.
Every bit of gameplay we have seen and the Cinematic introducing the new Villain featured Sully so I would consider it a given, however, when lookig at Sully's movements, they seem very scripted and slow in comparison to Drakes. Hopefully Co-op will be confirmed...
Those Gifs were beautiful O_O *Cries in happiness*
Epic never claimed the multiplayer would be lag free, they only promised to fix it, which they did. As you say, it depends on your perspective and as a Gears of War Obsessive of course I'll defend Epic to the end, but as long as you have skill the lag causes no issues anyway. Also, Epic have spent lots of time adding the improvements both themselves and fans wanted in Gears of War 3.
And on the subject of those that can't deliver, (Recently) Treyarch & Infinity ...
I've played games with better Graphics on my iPhone 4.
Maybe you could be on topic? :(
We are yet to see the "Extreme Setting" on Crysis 2 and whilst Killzone 3 is a beautiful game, it can not compete with the Crysis franchise visually, and those who refuse to believe that statement obviously haven't played or seen the games on their highest settings.
Edit: Apologies, this comment was in regards to the flood of similar articles of which have been mindlessly approved over the past few weeks. On the topic of Console graphics, it depends on perspe...
Bad reviews? I've read 2 so far, from top-critics, both giving the game 10/10. Let's not forget the demo is an early version of the game people, it will more than likely be incredible... And I managed several days of fun on the demo.
I wouldn't give the Online 10, nor the gameplay. The platforming is great but the shooting mechanics in the franchise have always been dissapointing. Graphics I would bring down but only by a few 0.s, when compared to Crysis on its highest graphical settings it doesn't match. Apart from these points the review seemed fair and if this is your "Perfect" game then that is your opinion of which I shall respect.
I hope it's maintained its originality, but I hope they incorperate more tactical use of destruction, there seemed to be no use for it in Anarchy and Team Anarchy, I want to be able to kill people with the surroundings, theres more chance of this with the magnet gun. Should be fun...
Epic Games, Valve, Bungie and a few others come to mind as those that can be trusted and those that can't, Lionhead (at least not recently).
Hopefully the guy can do a better job of listening to the franchises fans than previous Community Managers. Hopefully Modern Warfare 3 isn't too far into development (But lets be honest, Modern Warfare 5's probably already in development) and then can take on ideas before fully committing to the game, but, if the game isn't utilising a new engine, my interest isn't redeemed. I haven't got the past 3 COD's and don't plan to until some major leaps are made instead of...
I don't mind as long as the Campaign is hugely improved, and set in a diverse number of locations as to allow variety in both storytelling, experience and of course, Map Making. Keep the incredible Map-Creator, just add (not nececarily needed) improvements... Can't wait.
"If this Roster Isn't correct, you can, erm, I don't know, perform a f***in' fatality on me ore something..."
*Sharpens Hat* We shall see...
Debut? BF3 was at GDC...
and UC3 has been shown off already...
I wouldn't count on seeing GTA V, Rockstar are very independant with their announcements...
The perfect example of how a game doesn't need great graphics to be a blast. Looks like great fun, especially due to the inclusion of Co-Op this time around...
So Microsoft are only interested in money because they developed a motion controlled appliance for the Xbox 360? So, what makes Sony so different?
